My religion is based on truth and non-violence. Truth is my God. Non-violence is the means of realising Him.

It is the quality of our work which will please God and not the quantity.

There is nothing that wastes the body like worry, and one who has any faith in God should be ashamed to worry about anything whatsoever.

Putting it rather crudely; believing is God means keeping stress away. Because stress and worries happen because man acts like an animal and is the target of the animality of his fellow beings. God is the non-animal part of man. What we vaguely call "good".

God is, even though the whole world deny him. Truth stands, even if there be no public support. It is self-sustained.

Truth is God. Nothing can destroy it. It always prevails.

A GOD JOKE

A middle-aged woman had a heart attack and was taken to the hospital.
While on the operating table, she had a near death experience.

Seeing God, she asked "Is my time up?"

God said, "No, you have another 43 years, 2 months, and 8 days to live."

Upon recovery, the woman decided to stay in the hospital and have a
facelift, liposuction, and a tummy tuck. She even had someone come
in and change her hair color. Since she had so much more time to live,
she figured she might as well make the most of it.

After her last operation, she was released from the hospital. While
crossing the street on her way home, she was killed by an ambulance.

Arriving in front of God, she demanded, "I thought you said I had
another 40 years? Why didn't you pull me from out of the path
of the ambulance?"

God replied, "I didn't recognize you!"

Only he can take great resolves who has indomitable faith in God and has fear of God.

Believing in God gives all the strength to do great things. We only need fear God. Nobody else. Nothing else. Fear is a very negative word. I would say walk firmly on the road of God.

WHY IS GOD SO IMPORTANT?

Meaning of Life? -- Through the teaching of evolutionary science, materialism and moral relativism in our popular media and public school system, we’ve removed God from the potential answers to these ultimate questions of life. Without God, we lose any transcendent purpose for the universe in which we live. Without God, we lose any transcendent purpose to give meaning to our individual lives. We are nothing more than bugs struggling with survival until we die. All the achievements, the sacrifices, the good and beautiful efforts of people, the ugly and dark acts of people, are ultimately futile things of life. Without God, we also lose any possibility for life after death. When you remove the hope of heaven, you remove the ultimate value and purpose of life. What difference would it really make whether we lived like a Billy Graham or an Osama Bin Laden? Everyone's fate would be the same anyway. This is the hopeless outlook of those who base their belief system on materialism, naturalism and the presupposition that life on earth is all there is.

We need some values in life for having some meaning in it. God is those values. It may be honesty, family, helping the needy, quest of knowledge. Anything positive. That is God.

What is the Devil?

It is having value systems that may make you richer, benefit you but at the cost of others. You exploit others. Bully others. Cheat others. Just so that it brings you benefit. But it is untenable in the long run. Because evil is a disease. It is following the Devil. The opposite of God. But there are many who continue to live their lives of sin and get away with it. They are the followers of the Devil.

All this may too biblical. Too religious. But frankly there is no other way to understand life. The concept of good and evil is there in all the great religions of the world. That is because it makes lot of sense.

Many of us are lucky to get by in life without thinking too much about God. Because we are fortunate. But for many there comes a point in life when understanding God becomes vital. Life without the concept of God is too harsh, too empty for an intelligent creature like man.
